A group of hackers called Anonymous have already made Warner Brothers b-hole frown when they took on the Stop Online Piracy Act (SOPA) back in January, and now they’re sharpening their keystrokes and going after Amy Lee of the rock band Evanescence, her manager Andrew Lurie and Ed Vetri the President of her label Wind Up Records.
Tickets for Evanescence’s UK arena tour went on sale today (July 20) and the Arkansas rockers are scheduled to play four shows on the tour in early November.
However, the tour has been brought under threat. Here’s why.
Following a petition to the House of Commons by Lib Dem MP John Hemming against cyber bullying (published in the Commons Hansard on July 17th), it seems those crazy bitches at Evanescence are about to have their screaming mouths made to go STFU.
Yes. John Hemming has alleged that lead singer Amy Lee and the band’s manager Andrew Lurie have been using ‘corporate legal threats to hide evidence of child pornography and their own culpability in attempts to procure the suicide of a teenager‘. see below.
As a result those fellas over Anonymous announced earlier today that they are to target the Evanescence UK Tour.
Here’s an extract from AnonNews:
‘We declare that Amy Lynn Lee Hartzler of the Rock Band Evanescence, her manager Andrew Lurie and Ed Vetri the President of her label Wind Up Records, are targets for Anons and especially operations #OpPedoChat and #OpDarkNet.
Lee and Lurie have been named in the UK Parliament as using corporate legal threats to hide evidence of child pornography and their own culpability in attempts to procure the suicide of a teenager. The band hired the infamous corporate law firm Schillings to intimidate fans into signing illegal contracts not to report crimes. The band have hidden evidence of child molestors lurking on their official chat board EvThreads.com whilst Ed Vetri has done nothing to stop them.
The sick cover-up was exposed when a courageous group of British Members of Parliament including both Conservatives and Liberals placed formal motions before the House of Commons.’
It seems to me that if Amy Lee and her team ain’t prepared to do anything about this then one of the ways to successfully destroy a crazy mob of pedo-chat whores that have infected her fan site is to bring down every ticket office selling Evanescence UK tour tickets, clog the fan sites with digital doom then smother the $$$ signs out of their record company’s eyeballs. Then they’ll be no audience to hear her industrial racket anymore.
Without an audience, she is nothing! It’s like me if I suddenly found out that I’m allergic to drinking Pinot directly out of the bottle – DESTROYED. The other way to destroy those chat room slugs (no offense to slugs, they are sweet gentle creatures) over at EvThreads.com is to wrap everyone in legal papers labeled IGNORE, which is the Schillings way.
