Chanel have had to kill off their own advert for looking ‘too hot’ after many, many children yelled at them for showing Kiera Knightley giving a ‘lusty Lolita’ eye to the camera. And all while they were watching Bugs Bunny.
When the Advertising Standards Authority looked at this ad all they could see was a blonde temptress throwing sexy eyes at the camera while holding a sultry motorcycle between her legs. AND nobody wants to see that slutty show. They pulled our their white gloves and shooed this filth all the way back to Whoretown. The ad was banned from children’s TV forever and the ASA released this statement about it.
‘We noted that the photographer was directly involved in unzipping the actress’s garments and that there was a suggestion that she was naked aside from a bed sheet.
‘We also noted that there was clear sexual tension between the pair and that they appeared about to kiss on the bed.
‘We considered the ad was suitable for older children, but that the sexually suggestive material was unsuitable for young children.’
Well, since they put it like that. But I applaud them for banning this ad if only because it’s a piece of shit that looks like it was taken on a first generation iPhone. Throw that shit in the bin.
Here’s the full uncensored ad. Obviously not safe for work. Really it’s not.
